Designed to help credit unions match the benefit needs of senior executives, each of the eight options in the new Executive Benefits and Retirement Service Solutions program comes with a specialist who goes through a five-step process to customize an effective plan. For example, a Gap Analysis identifies shortfalls in a leader's retirement plan and programs are created to specifically address those gaps.
