AMOCO Federal Credit Union is now using remote signature capture and secure document delivery tools from Integrated Media Management, the Linden, N.J., firm announced Monday at the BAI Retail Delivery show in Las Vegas.

The $535 million credit union in Texas City, Texas, is using the TotaleAtlasWeb solution to add convenience expediency to its loan processes, the company and credit union said.

The IMM solution provides public key infrastructure digital signature capture and secure document viewing via the Web, eliminating time and location problems for members and loan officers.

"It wasn't long ago that we were typewriting documents. [Now we] have members securely signing them on the Web," said Tommy Green, vice president of information technology at 61,000-member AMOCO FCU.

AMOCO FCU has been an IMM customer since 2006, using its automated teller receipt, document presentation and laser print software for online and batch institution checks, the 600-customer company said.
