The NCUA has begun backing down staffing levels at Western Bridge Corporate FCU, the agency confirmed for Credit Union Times.
"These moves were in anticipation of future staffing and business needs, and are not expected to affect service levels and delivery of core products and services to Western Bridge's members," said John McKechnie, NCUA director of public and congressional affairs.
The NCUA conserved the former WesCorp about a year-and-a-half ago. On Sept. 24, 2010, the NCUA issued its final regulation to restructure the corporate credit union system, which will limit corporates' service offerings.
