Managed service specialists HEIT of Fort Collins, Colo., and Simpler-Webb of Austin, Texas, have merged to form what the new company says is the country's largest managed services provider for community financial institutions leveraging cloud technology.
The company will continue to operate under the HEIT name and said it has a client list of more than 450 community banks and credit unions and secured data centers in Fort Collins and Austin staffed around-the-clock.
Cloud-based services provide technology infrastructure and security and compliance services online without the need to buy, maintain and integrate servers, applications and networks.
