Bator Training & Consulting Inc. has launched strategic planning seminars aimed at helping credit unions with under $100 million in assets.

The one-day strategic planning seminar sessions are slated to be held in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Chicago and Houston in October.

According to BTC President/Founder Ken Bator, the idea was sparked during the planning of the Police Officers' Credit Union Conference when committee member Dennis Tucker asked if there was any type of template or guide available for small credit unions to develop and write a strategic plan.
