Akcelerant Software's Akcelerant Framework platform will be integrated with the ProAct Consult business intelligence analytics service from Ser Technology Corp., the companies said.
Combining Akcelerant's workflow tools with Ser's performance analytics will allow credit unions to manage risk and opportunity while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements, the companies said.
Akcelerant of Malvern, Pa., said its collections, recovery, loan origination and sales and service workflow software is now in use at more than 500 financial institutions, while Ser Technologies, with offices in Dallas and China, said it now provides credit pre-screen direct marketing, online loan decisioning, data privacy encryption, ALM and portfolio management to more than 2,000 U.S. credit unions.
