Eight-year-old WESCO Net is about to open its third data center as the offshoot of the CU*Answers core processing CUSO expands its capacity for Web and managed hosting, business continuity and network integration services, the company said.
The new center will open in May in Muskegon, Mich., joining the two existing centers in Grand Rapids and Kentwood, the company said. Green technology played a major role in the new center's design, as did modular technology to allow easy expansion to meet demand.
"This center will allow us to offer geographically distinct high availability and business continuity services to our customers at an aggressive price point," said Dave Wordhouse, vice president of network technologies at WESCO Net.
