CO-OP Financial Services is now offering credit unions the ability to batch and electronically submit deposited checks for clearing at the branch level.
CO-OP My Deposit: Branch is a server-based application that requires only the included scanner and a computer with Internet access to reduce handling, processing and courier costs associated with paper checks, the big CUSO said.
The branch solution joins CO-OP's existing check imaging solutions for ATMs, kiosks and home banking and can be purchased as a stand-alone product, the company said.
