Wescom Resources Group said it is now integrating an address-verification solution from another Symitar specialist into WRG's MemberEdge Online Banking Suite.
The Correio Address Verification Server from CUTEK uses U.S. Postal Service databases to automatically validate member addresses when they're changed online or in the branch, the companies said.
“It makes it very easy for any credit union to streamline an important back-office process and save more money,” said John Best, vice president and chief technology officer of WRG. About 50 of WRG's more than 240 client credit unions use the MemberEdge online banking solution, according to the tech CUSO of the $3.1 billion Wescom Credit Union in Pasadena, Calif.
CUTEK, based in Murrieta, Calif., now has more than 120 credit union clients of its consulting and software services.
Both organizations specialize in developing solutions for credit unions running on the Symitar Episys enterprise core processing platform.
