Two Wisconsin credit unions have implemented remote check image processing from VSoft Corp., the Atlanta company said.
They are Altra FCU in La Crosse and Pioneer CU in Green Bay. Each will be using the company's VSoft Managed Services ASP platform, VSoft said.
Altra FCU cited the solution's ability to handle business batch capture and regular member transactions, and its Digital Dashboard, a browser-based monitoring and reporting application.

"Because VSoft's solution is a complete package and easily integrates with all of our distributed capture points, we are eager to roll out the solution to our 14 branches and transfer the added conveniences to all of our members," said Mary Isaacs, senior vice president at Altra FCU.
Pioneer CU said it wanted to be able to transmit deposits from its teller line throughout the day and then combine them into a consolidated cash letter at closing.
The system sends electronic cash letters directly to the ASP platform, where the company's automated image repair technology, IRIS, reduces errors while processing, VSoft said. It then transmits the letter to the Fed or other designated exchange.
VSoft now has more than 1,900 users worldwide of its presentment and processing solution, including about 1,500 credit unions, the company said.
