GFA Federal Credit Union, Gardner, Mass., announced the appointment of Mark P. Hawke to its supervisory committee. Hawke is the current mayor of Gardner. Prior to his election to the office of mayor, he held the position of grants administrator for the city. He has held volunteer leadership positions with a variety of local organizations and also serves on the board of trustees of Mount Wachusett Community College.

First Citizens' Federal Credit Union, Fairhaven, Mass., announced the appointment of James R. Pratt Jr. to its supervisory committee. Pratt, the managing partner at Hodgson, Pratt & Associates, handles tax consultation and preparation for a wide range of tax matters including corporate, individual, real estate, bankruptcies and fiduciary and estate matters. He serves as the lead partner for clients from a variety of industries and also provides lifetime and family planning to individual clients. Pratt holds a master's degree in taxation from Bryant College and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. He is active in the community and has served in various capacities for many local organizations.
