The credit union quest to develop a high-class service culture takes a new turn next year by examining the model of one big successful hotel chain, all of it coming at a special CEO Summit Jan. 17-20 at Key Biscayne.

“In our view the Ritz-Carlton model for service is top-of-the-line and those in credit union leadership positions have something to learn from them,” said a spokesman for the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association in detailing plans for the CEO Summit being put together by six mid-Atlantic leagues.
