Digital Insight Partners With Mobile Money

Mobile Money Ventures, a joint technology launch by Citigroup and SK Telecom, has been named Digital Insight’s preferred mobile financial services provider, the companies said. MMV already has worked with Citi to provide new mobile technologies in five countries, including through Citibank Hong Kong, the companies said. Its mobile solutions can be used to transfer funds, pay bills, check rates and locate branches and ATMs using any mobile phone with a Web browser, MMV said. “Working with MMV expands our mobile capabilities to help financial institutions put more information in the hands of end users,” said Albert Ko, senior vice president at Digital Insight. “We’re excited that our relationship with Digital Insight will dramatically expand the reach of mobile financial services to banks and credit unions across the U.S.” said Jay Bhattacharya, senior vice president of strategic business development at MMV.
