Citing scheduling and logistic problems, the National Federation of Community Development Credit Unions has canceled its Dec. 3 seminar on credit unions and the Community Reinvestment Act. The event had been scheduled at the Hilton Crystal City at Washington Reagan National Airport just outside Washington.

"A labor dispute at our planned location forced us to cancel," said Federation President/CEO Cliff Rosenthal. "It also became apparent to us that urgent legislative priorities were taking the attention of many of our presenters and attendees, so we have decided to postpone this session. We will attempt to reschedule in the spring."

The Federation said it would refund all registration fees.
