Xtend Inc., a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, said it has provided call center services for three credit unions over the past month during their transition to a new core data processing system. Call center support was provided for two Ohio credit unions: PEF Federal Credit Union in Highland Heights and Vacationland Federal Credit Union in Sandusky. Xtend also provided support to Rapid City Telco Federal Credit Union in Rapid City, S.D.
