San Francisco Fire Credit Union has moved its broker-dealer program to CUSO Financial Services LP. The $632 million credit union reviewed three broker-dealers before switching from a major industry provider to CFS, according to the San Diego-based CUSO. CFS will provide compliance oversight and operations administration, trading services, program management and dataVISION, a proprietary Web-based, online support platform for advisers. "Our credit union believes that all of our members deserve the same high level of service no matter how much money they have to invest, and we found that CFS has the same attitude about its customers and their members," said Darren Herrmann, senior vice president of member experience. San Francisco Fire CU has had an investment program in place since 2000, CFS said. Formed in 1951, the cooperative has more than 24,800 members and serves San Francisco, Marin and San Mateo counties and the California State Firefighters Association.
