Advancial Federal Credit Union, Dallas, announced the addition of Jeff Freeman as the new vice president of product management. Freeman is a graduate of the University of Alabama and has more than 15 years of financial services experience. For the past six years, he worked with SunTrust Bank in Atlanta as their vice president of consumer lending and, in his most recent position, as vice president of retail. Freeman has held previous executive positions at AmSouth Bank and Regions Bank, both located in Birmingham, Ala.

Michigan Credit Union League, Lansing, Mich., promoted Marcia Hune and Michael DeFors to vice presidential positions. Hune is taking over the role of vice president of governmental and public affairs. She brings more than nine years of experience in state legislature as a staff member for two speakers of the house, two majority floor leaders and the House Republican Policy Office. DeFors takes over as vice president of information services. In addition to five years as director of regulatory affairs with the league, DeFors, an attorney, brings 16 years of experience as senior vice president of governmental and public affairs with the Michigan Bankers Association.

AltaOne Federal Credit Union, Bishop Calif., announced Jon Nyland as the member service manager for the Bishop member service center. Nyland is a member of the Bishop Chamber of Commerce and he is active with the local AWANA Club.

OSU Federal, Corvallis, Ore., announced that Kathy Waisanen, a 26-year professional in the financial industry, is its new centralized lending supervisor. Waisanen came to the credit union from U.S. Bank branch management. She has held positions as branch manager for SELCO Community Credit Union and front-line supervisor for Safeway Northwest Credit Union, now known as Rivermark Credit Union.

CRI Solutions, Inc., Elkridge, Md., announced the naming of Barbra Lowman as vice president of information technology services. Prior to joining CRI Solutions, Lowman held numerous management positions in the credit union industry. Most recently, she served as chief operations officer at Credit Union On-Line Inc. in Waltham, Mass. Lowman also has industry experience from serving as vice president of information systems for the SSA Baltimore Federal Credit Union, now known as SecurityPlus FCU. She began her career in the industry as an online software analyst with Loyola FSB in Baltimore.

J.R. Bruno & Associates, Glendora, Calif., named Dale Heyden to its business lending team. Heyden has more than 20 years experience in financial services and business lending, with comprehensive knowledge of SBA lending, commercial loans, construction loans and asset-based credit facilities. He has held senior executive positions at several financial institutions.
