Simmons has served as chairman for the past two years and from 2000-2002. Simmons has more than 38 years of experience with credit unions and 34 years of service with Service Credit Union.
Workers' Credit Union, Fitchburg, Mass., announced that is has hired Janice P. Dokla as assistant vice president and branch manager for its Water Tower Plaza branch. Dokla was a group and regional manager for TD Banknorth and most recently managed its Keene, N.H., office.
