First Source Federal Credit Union, New Hartford, N.Y., announced that it added two new members to its volunteer teams. Dean Kelly, president of JAY-K Lumber was appointed to an open position on the board of directors. Gregory Eisenhut, chief operations officer of Mohawk Valley Economic Development District, was appointed to the supervisory committee. Both Kelly and Eisenhut have years of business experience in the community. Tower Federal Credit Union, Laurel, Md., announced that Martin Breland, president/CEO, was elected to serve a three-year term as an at-large member on the board of directors of the Maryland and D.C. Credit Union Association. Breland has been president/CEO of Tower FCU since 1994. He joined the credit union 1988 and has held the positions of vice president of finance and vice president of member services.
