A turnkey auto loan recapture program for credit unions is now being offered by Lending Solutions Inc. and Matrix Manager, the companies said.
The program combines LSI's Recapture Pro solution-which offers telemarketing and loan application by phone to pre-screened members who have recently financed elsewhere-with Matrix Manager's targeted marketing and Web-based campaign deployment systems.
Offers could include interest rate, deferred payment and other incentives. Within 72 hours of the bulk of the mail drop being delivered, LSI will follow up with a phone call and then an e-mail after that, the companies said.

Matrix Manager is based in Roseville, Calif., while LSI operates a call center support and automated lending business in Elgin, Ill.
