Delta Community Credit Union will be providing its members with mobile banking through text messaging, mobile browser or Web download software with a new solution from Fiserv Inc. The $3.5 billion Atlanta credit union has adopted the Mobile Money service, which Fiserv said provides access to all three mobile access channels available now and can be modified to handle additional capabilities as the market evolves. “Delta Community Credit Union has a diverse membership base, and a large number of our members travel frequently. We were looking for a mobile banking solution that could serve all of our members, regardless of their location, mobile device or carrier,” said Todd Marksberry, executive vice president and chief operating officer of 186,000-member Delta Community (www.deltacommunitycu.com). Fiserv said the Mobile Money solution is designed for mid-sized to large financial institutions and supports balance inquiries, transaction history, account transfers, bill payments and an array of enrollment and alert capabilities.
