A Web-based collections package touted as scalable, customizable and "not overflowing with unused features" is the newest offering from CUTEK.
The new solution integrates with the Symitar Episys platform and other core processors, the consultancy said, and requires minimum maintenance.
The software tracks delinquencies and collections in an SQL database that can build ad hoc reports for business intelligence and data mining tools that allow tracking of overall and individual performance by credit union staff.

"Once again, we saw a need in the marketplace to develop a new solution. In this case it's a collections package that meets the specific needs of the individual credit union-not an expensive 'out-of-the-box' product that overflows in the functionality and features department," said Ron Murray, president of CUTEK. "Most credit unions don't need half the stuff that's included in those packages."
CUTEK is based in Murrieta, Calif., and now has about 150 credit union clients using its services and software, the company said.
