Oklahoma City locals are getting help to go green thanks to FAA Credit Union.
The credit union has been providing "Go Green" starter kits to new members as a way to show how FAA CU is dedicated to making a difference one member at a time. The kit includes a reusable grocery tote, two CFL light bulbs, an individual water bottle filter and water bottle. Existing members who refer friends and family are entered to win a full year of free electricity.
The move is designed to help build awareness that small green steps can still make big environmental impacts not only in members' lives but also the local community.
