Unemployed residents of New Mexico who receive unemployment benefits by card will be able to get them without paying a fee at an ATM deployed by a CUSO, according to the New Mexico Business Weekly.

The CUSO, CU Anytime, has 27 participating credit unions in the state and places ATMs in New Mexico, along with single communities in Texas and California, according to the CUSO's Web site.

's Department of Workforce Solutions delivers unemployment benefits by direct deposit or by pre-paid cards. The pre-paid cards are issued through a relationship with Bank of America and carry the bank's usual fee structure.
