The man who made millions of dollars marketing "Life Is Good" and other T-Shirts and CUNA's experts on the economy are among the speakers at CUNA's America's Credit Union Conference and Expo.

The conference, which is scheduled to be held between June 21 and June 24 in Boston, will have speakers covering a range of management, policy and historical subjects.

Bert Jacobs, co-founder of Life is good, will discuss how he turned those three le words on a T-shirt into a powerful brand with more than $100 million in annual sales during his speech.

CUNA Senior Vice president of Research and Chief Economist Bill Hampel and CUNA Vice President of Economics and Statistics Mike Schenk will discuss the current and future state of the economy.

Best-selling author Gary Kawasaki will discuss how credit unions can innovate and credit new products.

There will also be an informative and humorous tribute to the late Sen. George Norris (R-Nebraska) a key figure in the passage of the Federal Credit Union Act. Norris was a leading maverick lawmaker and was one of the senators profiled in then-Sen. John F. Kennedy's Pulitzer-Prize winning book "Profiles in Courage."
