A survey of Internet users in eight countries around the worldfound that they felt far safer doing online banking than usingcredit cards over the Internet.
The annual Online Wellbeing Survey from F-Secure also found veryfew that said they felt their children are totally safe on theInternet.
The Finland-based provider of Internet security tools(www.f-secure.com) used a third-party survey service to interviewin December about 200 online users each in the United States,Canada, the United Kingdom, France, German, Italy, India and HongKong.
