Holy Rosary Credit Union, Rochester, N.H., announced the promotion of Angela Huppe to information technology manager. In her new role, Huppe will oversee day-to-day operations of the credit union's IT department.Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union, Lowell, Mass., announced that Shelia Fortin has been promoted to assistant vice president and corporate security officer. Fortin will now be responsible for information security, privacy management programs, branch security, business continuity management and corporate services management. Fortin's most recent position was security administrator. She has been with the credit union since 2004.

Capital Communications Federal Credit Union, Albany, N.Y., announced that Paula Stopera, president and CEO of the credit union, was named 2008 outstanding professional by the Credit Union Association of New York at their 88th annual convention. The awards is given to individuals who demonstrate their passion to credit unions by hard work, dedication and success.
