LENEXA, Kan. — U.S. Central announced that Dave Dickens, its executive vice president of asset-liability management, has left the corporate credit union.

The asset-liability division now reports directly to President/CEO Francis Lee, U.S. Central said. Lee will direct a staff of eight portfolio managers and related staff who handle day-to-day portfolio functions. The division manages $33 billion in investments.

Dickens departure was effective yesterday, Feb. 5. U.S. Central gave no reason for the departure.

"We have an experienced asset-liability team that already handles portfolio operations effectively on a daily basis," said Lee in a statement. "I am confident it will continue to do so under my leadership."
