PORTSMOUTH, N.H. — Service Credit Union is now offering remote signature capture to its particularly far-flung membership.
The $1.3 billion institution has gone live with the TotaleAtlasWeb system from Integrated Media Management of Linden, N.J.
The software allows members anywhere in the world to securely view documents and digitally sign documents over the Web, the 600-customer company said.
Service CU has 16 branches in New Hampshire, one in Massachusetts and 15 branches on U.S. military bases in Germany.
"Service Credit Union was originally chartered to serve the military and civilian employees of a local air force base," said the credit union's chief operating officer, Bill Newman. "Today our membership has grown to more than 118,000 people residing around the world, and we are constantly seeking ways to provide the best service possible, regardless of whether our members live around the corner or on another continent."
