ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Digital Dialogue has a new name and a lot of new faces.
"On Jan. 1, 2009, Digital Dialogue (has) transitioned from being a wholly owned subsidiary of PSCU Financial Services to being an integral part of the organization under the solution name Total Member Care. Digital Dialogue employees are now employed by PSCU Financial Services," the nation's largest CUSO said Monday in a statement.
PSCU bought Digital Dialogue in 2007. The company also said that its rapid growth continues, hiring about 140 new employees in the past year with plans to add 200 more employees this year. About 260 employees now support 240 clients, the company said. Total Member Care has operations in suburban Detroit and Arizona.

Call volume also has sharply increased, with 262,670 incoming calls in December, a record for one month, and total calls for the year at nearly 2.3 million, up from 1.7 million in 2008, according to Total Member Care (www.totalmembercare.com).
