TOTOWA, N.J. — North Jersey Federal Credit Union is mourning the death of Senior Collections Officer Frank Barba."Frank was a wonderful, charismatic employee with a zest for life. He always had a smile on his face and a bounce in his step. He will be sorely missed, but never forgotten. We extend our deepest sympathy to his family during this difficult time.
