HERNDON, Va. — A pair of CUSOs — DigitalMailer and OngoingOperations–have joined together in a new crisis notificationoffering.

Herndon-based DigitalMailer (www.digitalmailer.com) providese-statement and e-alert services to credit unions. OngoingOperations is based in Hagerstown, Md., and provides businesscontinuity services that include backup office, connectivity andrecovery functions.

Ongoing Operations (www.ongoingoperations.com) is now offeringthe Crisis Management Notification System from DigitalMailer. Thesystem allows credit unions to send text and e-mail messages overmultiple channels, allowing credit unions to communicate with staffand members without using labor-intensive calling trees and pagingsystems. It also keeps track of staffers unaccounted for tofacilitate follow up, the companies said.
