MANCHESTER, N.H. — The Upper Room, a nonprofit that provides early intervention services to children and families, will have a new computer system thanks to St. Mary's Bank.

The $657 million credit union recently granted $2,163 to the organization. The Upper Room assists children, youth and families in Southern New Hampshire through programs such as parent education, drug and alcohol education for youth, and in-home family counseling.

"This gift from St. Mary's Bank will help the Upper Room streamline our processes and better provide services to the families that need them," said Kimberly Bavaro, executive director. "Technology is an integral part of our work, because it helps staff immediately access available community services and allows for a seamless flow of information among staff and the community. We're grateful to St. Mary's for their generous donation."
