PLYMOUTH, Mich. — The Michigan Credit Union Foundation has been awarded a grant to make a video on foreclosure prevention. The mini-documentary will tell the story of a real family that faced foreclosure and was helped by a credit union.
The professionally produced video will also offer tips on money management and include speakers such as a certified housing counselor and representatives from MCUL, the United Way and other community experts.
The video will be available on the Web sites of the Michigan Credit Union League, individual credit unions, Michigan State University Extension and the United Way.
