FAIRFAX, Va. — Online Resources President/Chief Operating Officer Ray Crosier has been elected to a two-year term as chairman of the board of directors for the Electronic Funds Transfer Association (www.efta.org).
The EFTA promotes the adoption of electronic payment systems and commerce. Its members include shared ATM networks, financial institutions, manufacturers, payment processors, online payment providers and technology-management companies.
Crosier has been in the financial services industry for 25 years and has been in his current position at Online Resources for seven years. He oversees daily operations of the company's three divisions and banking technology units. The Chantilly, Va., company includes several hundred credit unions on its list of online banking and e-commerce clients.

Also elected to the EFTA Board were Vice Chairman Richard Lyons, executive vice president of Global Debit and Prepaid at MasterCard Worldwide; Treasurer Sandra Hartfield, president/CEO of the Electronic Banking Division of Palm Desert National Bank; and Secretary Lynn Barr, a partner in the law firm of Goodwin Procter.
Digital Dialogue Signs 100th Call Client
AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Digital Dialogue has hit the century mark.
The provider of 24/7 call center operations and software solutions said it signed the $175 million Clearstar Financial Credit Union of Reno, Nev., as the 100th client for its call center services.
Hanscom AFB FCU in Massachusetts, Service FCU in New Hampshire and Los Angeles FCU were the first three call center clients, going live in the third quarter of 2004.
Now the 100 clients serve about 5.4 million members and have total assets of more than $63 billion, the company said.
More than 100 other credit unions use Digital Dialogue's lending, new member enrollment and other services. The company now is a part of PSCU Financial Services.
