Created to inform and educate the public, the “Safe And Sound”multi-media campaign is aimed at generating discussion andproviding a voice to consumers who are concerned about theirfinancial future. A new Web site is also being rolled out with thecampaign, www.TDECUsafeandsound.org as a resource for consumerswhere they can gather information to help them to make smarterdecisions about their money while understanding the differencesbetween banks and credit unions.

Comprised of a paid advertising component featuring televisioncommercials, newspaper ads, and radio spots and supported by acommunity outreach effort, the campaign will be seen in 10 Texascities including Lake Jackson, Shiner, Brazoria, Hallettsville,Yoakum, Cuero, Victoria, Angleton, Freeport and Texas City.
