EAST

Dutch Point Credit Union, Wethersfield, Conn., announced the hiring of Chad Dalles as vice president of branch/business development. Dalles has many years of credit union, finance and banking experience.

AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union, Mechanicsburg, Pa., announced that Dallas Zulli was recently promoted to vice president of business lending. Zulli will be responsible for overseeing the operations and procedures of the business lending department. Zulli serves on the board of directors for Main Street Mechanicsburg and is a member of the board of directors for the East Pennsboro Ambulance Service.

SOUTH

Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union, Greensboro, N.C., announced that President/CEO David Elliott has been named to the board of directors of the N.C. Credit Union League. Elliot will represent the Southeast Chapter of Credit Unions. Elliot will serve on the 11 person board until 2009 and will be eligible to run for re-election for a full three-year term at that time. Elliot is serving the remainder of Richard Jefferson's term. Jefferson left the board in June in order to help start a new financial institution in Jacksonville.

Neighborhood Credit Union, Dallas, announced that James L. Frankeberger as been hired as chief financial officer. Frankeberger was most recently a director in the Dallas office of accounting firm McGladrey and Pullen, where he oversaw its credit union division. In this role, he managed more than $30 billion in audit clients in the credit union industry.

MIDWEST

Forum Credit Union, Indianapolis, announced that Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration Jenny Budreau will be inducted into the Indiana Credit Union Hall of Fame during the Indiana Credit Union League's convention in September. She will be honored at the chairman's awards banquet that will be held at the Westin Indianapolis on Sept. 27. Budreau will complete her term as a league director in September and is the immediate past chairman of the league and has been on the board of directors since 2001.


WEST


The Golden 1 Credit Union, Sacramento, Calif., announced that Sally M. Alexander has been named vice president of payment systems. Alexander has been involved in the financial services industry for over 35 years. She has served as vice president and senior vice president for several large financial institutions.

Credit Union Association Of Colorado, Denver, announced that Kristi Porter, president/CEO of Western Rockies Federal Credit Union based in Grand Junction, Colo., will serve on the board of directors for CUAC and Credit Union Strategic Partners. CUSP is a wholly owned credit union service corporation of CUAC. Porter has been as Western Rockies for 28 years.

Numerica Credit Union, Spokane, Wash., announced the hiring of Renee Warner as a business banking officer. Prior to coming to Numerica, Warner worked as a business development officer for a local financial institution. Numerica also hired Roberto Garza as team manager. Garza will join Numerica's Member Service Center. Prior to coming to Numerica, Garza worked as a branch manager for a local mortgage company.

Northwest Community Credit Union, Springfield, Ore., announced that Debra Rollin, Patrick Boss and Jan Griffin have been promoted to regional managers. Their responsibilities will be to provide management leadership and sales coaching. Each regional manager will be responsible for five branches. Rollin has worked for Northwest Community for 15 years and has worked for the last three years as Springfield branch manager. Boss has worked at Northwest Community for 18 years and most recently was the Eugene branch manager. Griffin has worked at Northwest Community for 24 years and most recently was Medford branch manager.

Wauna Federal Credit Union, Clatskanie, Ore., announced the hiring of Kellie Elliott as mortgage manager. Elliot's experience includes consumer, residential mortgage and commercial lending. Elliot returns to Wauna and has previously worked at Key Title Co. and the Bank of Astoria. Elliott will assist members in all five branches with financing their new home.
