AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union, Mechanicsburg, Pa., announcedthat Dallas Zulli was recently promoted to vice president ofbusiness lending. Zulli will be responsible for overseeing theoperations and procedures of the business lending department. Zulliserves on the board of directors for Main Street Mechanicsburg andis a member of the board of directors for the East PennsboroAmbulance Service.

Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union, Greensboro, N.C., announced thatPresident/CEO David Elliott has been named to the board ofdirectors of the N.C. Credit Union League. Elliot will representthe Southeast Chapter of Credit Unions. Elliot will serve on the 11person board until 2009 and will be eligible to run for re-electionfor a full three-year term at that time. Elliot is serving theremainder of Richard Jefferson's term. Jefferson left the board inJune in order to help start a new financial institution inJacksonville.

Neighborhood Credit Union, Dallas, announced that James L.Frankeberger as been hired as chief financial officer. Frankebergerwas most recently a director in the Dallas office of accountingfirm McGladrey and Pullen, where he oversaw its credit uniondivision. In this role, he managed more than $30 billion in auditclients in the credit union industry.

Forum Credit Union, Indianapolis, announced that Senior VicePresident, Human Resources and Administration Jenny Budreau will beinducted into the Indiana Credit Union Hall of Fame during theIndiana Credit Union League's convention in September. She will behonored at the chairman's awards banquet that will be held at theWestin Indianapolis on Sept. 27. Budreau will complete her term asa league director in September and is the immediate past chairmanof the league and has been on the board of directors since2001.
