PORTLAND, Ore. — OnPoint Community Credit Union said it is upgrading to the latest versions of Integrated Media Management's document preparation solution.

The $2.6 billion credit union has been an IMM customer since 2000 and now will be using the browser-based TotaleAtlas platform.

The new version's functionality includes the ability to have members sign document solutions digitally, allowing them to be automatically indexed, encrypted and archived as PDFs, eliminating the need to ship and manually scan documents.

OnPoint said it will also use the TotaleAtlas' DocQ module, which provides for partially signed documents to be stored in a queue so that the signer or co-signer can complete the document electronically at a different time or different branch.

IMM (www.immonline.com) is based in Linden, N.J., and has a customer list of more than 600 financial institutions.

Northern FCU Goes VSoft

Murthy Veeraghanta, president of VSoft, said, "Enhancing Northern FCU's check processing with VSoft's solutions and eliminating the need for couriers will significantly cut back on costs and increase their back office productivity."
