ARLINGTON, Va. — Cyveillance said it is now offering two new service-level agreements that guarantee its customers won't suffer from successful cyberattacks or false alerts.
The new SLAs are the Cyveillance Accuracy Guarantee, which ensures the company will only alert customers to verified, authentic phishing attacks, eliminating the risk of false positives, and unwarranted customer analysis. Meanwhile, the Cyveillance Detection Guarantee certifies that Cyveillance will detect 100% of all phishing attacks targeting end-user customers and members.
Cyveillance (www.cyveillance.com) provides Internet monitoring and intelligence analysis to a client list it said now includes the majority of the Fortune 50, regional financial institutions nationwide, and more than 30 million global consumers through partnerships with security and service providers that include AOL and Microsoft.
