PORTLAND, Ore. — OnPoint Community Credit Union said it is upgrading to the latest versions of the document management tools from Integrated Media Management.

The $2.6 billion credit union has been an IMM customer since 2000 and now will be using the browser-based TotaleAtlas platform.

The new version's functionality includes the ability to have members sign document solutions digitally, allowing them to be automatically indexed, encrypted and archived as PDFs, eliminating the need to ship and manually scan documents.

IMM (www.immonline.com) is based in Linden, N.J., and has a customer list of more than 600 financial institutions.
