MUSKEGO, Wis. — Three credit union CEOs–Altra FCU's Gerald A. Forsythe, Fox Communities CU's Greg A. Hilbert, and CoVantage CU's Brian J. Prunty–were elected Corporate Central CU board directors.
Officers elected to serve for the 2008-2009 year are as follows: Golden Rule Community CU President/CEO Daniel Ige, chairman; Forsythe, vice chairman; Hilbert, secretary; Prime Financial CU President/CEO Richard A. Koenig, treasurer.
Rounding out the board are directors Prunty, Great Wisconsin CU President/CEO Kim Sponem, Premier Financial CU President/CEO Gerald E. Tiedt, Fort Community CU President/CEO Ronald Vogel and Pioneer CU President/CEO Thomas P. Young.

New Board of Directors at OCUL Services
BEAVERTON, Ore. — OCUL Services, the services corporation for the Credit Union Association of Oregon, has named a new board of directors along with a reorganization.
OCUL Services has restructured its board to allow for the option of having between three and seven board members, with five being the target number.
The new board consists of Rogue FCU CEO Gene Pelham, who will serve as chair; Mid Oregon FCU CEO Bill Anderson, who will serve as treasurer, and MaPS CU Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer Mark Zook, who will serve as a director.
Not continuing with the OCUL board is Carol Cromwell, CEO of Linn-Co FCU.
