Gateway Services Sells Direct Mail Business to Allied Solutions

CARMEL, Ind. -- Allied Solutions LLC has acquired another business--this time it's the direct mail operation from Gateway Services Group LLC, an insurance, investment and trust management CUSO for credit unions.

CARMEL, Ind. — Allied Solutions LLC has acquired another business–this time it’s the direct mail operation from Gateway Services Group LLC, an insurance, investment and trust management CUSO for credit unions.

The sale is composed primarily of accidental death and dismemberment insurance administered by Affinion Group and produced at 40 credit unions. Allied Solutions will service the accounts and support new credit union direct mail business through a marketing arrangement with Gateway Services Group. The purchase was effective April 1.
