Workers’ Credit Union, Fitchburg, Mass., announced that Nicole Glinski Curtin was promoted to assistant vice president, marketing and communications manager. Curtin started at Workers’ in 2007 as marketing manager. Prior to joining Workers’ Curtin was the marketing and media relations manager for the Worcester Regional Transit Authority and marketing communications manager for CIO Magazine. Also, Shawn Linehan, assistant vice president and Acton branch manager was elected president of the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce. Linehan has been a board member since 2004 and has served on the school business partnership and golf committees and is chair of the annual awards dinner.

First Capital Federal Credit Union, York, Pa., announced that Internal Auditor/Compliance Officer Becky Braun attended a regulatory compliance school for professional development through CUNA. Braun earned the compliance expert certification and designation of credit union compliance expert. Braun has worked at First Capital since 1980.
