LINDEN, N.J. — Integrated Media Management said that it ended the first quarter of 2008 with 72 new orders for its TotaleWorks software suite and a 49% boost in monetary orders over the same period in 2007.
The New Jersey-based provider of document output and automation technology also said that its client list now includes more than 20 billion-dollar credit unions, including recent signee $4.5 billion American Airlines CU.
Texas-based AACU will use the company's TotaleAtlas solution to eliminate manual scanning and indexing of documents.

"We wanted a solution that would give us the efficiencies that come with making the document management process paperless from the core processor to the imaging system," said Gail Garlington, employee systems manager at the 210,000-member CU.
The company also said that $139 million Red Rocks Credit Union in Highlands Ranch, Colo., will expand its use of TotaleAtlas to include TotaleAtlasWeb, a Web-based version that includes remote digital signature capture and secure document delivery.
IMM (www.immonline.com) currently has about 600 financial institutions using the various components of its TotaleWorks suite, including 261 using TotaleAtlas, 161 using check-imaging and storing TotaleChecks and 204 using TotaleReceipts, which eliminates the need for pre-printed receipts.
