CLEVELAND — A big California credit union has become the 400thCU to use the enterprise content management solutions ofCleveland-based Hyland Software Inc.
Premier America CU of Chatsworth, Calif., said it plans to usethe OnBase tools. to streamline business processes and improverecords management for compliance purposes and to enhance memberservice.
“OnBase's functionality … will enable us to easily manage thelifecycle of our documents while allowing us more time to focus onmember service and not manual tasks,” said Bill Lortz, vicepresident of technology at $1.4 billion Premier America(www.premier.org).
