CLEVELAND — A big California credit union has become the 400th CU to use the enterprise content management solutions of Cleveland-based Hyland Software Inc.
Premier America CU of Chatsworth, Calif., said it plans to use the OnBase tools. to streamline business processes and improve records management for compliance purposes and to enhance member service.
“OnBase's functionality … will enable us to easily manage the lifecycle of our documents while allowing us more time to focus on member service and not manual tasks,” said Bill Lortz, vice president of technology at $1.4 billion Premier America (www.premier.org).
Hyland Software (www.hylandsoftware.com) now has about 7,000 total clients, the company said. Its ECM solutions include document imaging and management, workflow tools, COLD/ERM and records management solutions.
