AUSTIN, Texas — FAIRWINDS Credit Union in Orlando, Fla., has selected the Gila Group to collect on its delinquent accounts.
Gila Group will provide a customized phone collection service for new and used auto loans as well as unsecured and personal lines of credit beginning at 10 days delinquent until charged-off. In addition, they will handle all repossession accounts for FAIRWINDS.
"We selected Gila Group because they have a long history of assisting credit unions with controlling delinquencies and charge-offs," said Kathy Chonody, Sr. EVP/CFO of FAIRWINDS Credit Union.
