The same site includes links to other sources of help such as the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society and USO-Operation Care Package.

Check your inventory of personal checks and make sure your have a sufficient amount for the time you will be deployed. Reorder now, or contact us to request a Visa Check Card.

When becoming a member you are automatically able to access your account on line or by using the Express Line by telephone. This makes transferring money between your accounts and balancing your register easier. It is extremely handy when two people are using the same account.

Verify you have the ability to access both the Express Line and Internet Account Access prior to deployment.

If you have forgotten your ATM Card PIN, bring your card to a branch to have the magnetic strip updated to a new number. For Visa Check Cards contact our Call Center at 800-736-4500 or your local branch and have a new one mailed.

Make sure PMCU has a copy of your power of attorney so the information can be updated on your account prior to deployment. You may contact the Joint Legal Assistance office on your installation to answer any questions about power of attorney and to have yours notarized.

Report any potentially fraudulent transactions, lost or stolen checks or card to the credit union immediately. Do not wait until you return to the states.

If you chose to leave sensitive information behind such as checks, cards, PINs, etc., be sure they are kept in a safe place to prevent theft.
