WAKEFIELD, Mass. — T.K. Keith Company Inc. is now officially Primax.
The name change included a re-branding of a number of brands the 25-year-old company had been using, and the launch of a new Web site at www.primaxpayments.com.
Primax provides credit, debit and gift card processing and related services to about 140 credit union and community banks and 5,000 merchant business clients, the company said.
