Consumers Credit Union, Kalamazoo, Mich., announced that Scott Sylvester has been promoted to chief financial and technology officer. Sylvester has worked at Consumers since 1994 holding positions of accountant, manager information systems, and vice president of technology.

North Coast Credit Union, Mount Vernon, Wash., announced the promotion of Monique McCoy to call center manager. McCoy started at North Coast CU in 2004 and was previously assistant branch manager of the Mount Vernon Branch and senior member service representative at the Bellingham Branch. Also, Larry West was hired as the Bellingham Branch manager.
